In the initial release, you can:

• View work summaries, access detailed information while performing services, track job progression in real-time, and maintain comprehensive records all from a centralized location.
• With simple swiping gestures, technicians can mark inspection items as green, yellow, or red status, guiding them towards the Findings screen where they can document their observations and attach images/videos for reference.
• Utilize the device's native camera functionalities to capture high-quality images even in challenging undercarriage areas.
• Utilize Shop-Ware’s integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) to share findings with customers effectively, presenting completed work along with urgent repair recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
• Enable quicker approvals from customers by providing a clear overview of urgency for each recommendation. Customers can promptly approve or decline services without extensive assistance, saving time and demonstrating the shop's professionalism.
